Reflection Questions & Pre-work
I’ll send you some reflection questions for you to respond to and I’ll also need details of your current offers, testimonials, intake forms, and we’ll need to set up my interview with one of your former clients.

Our First Call
This will be a deep-dive into your messaging, brand values, tone of voice and the stories at the heart of your business. This call, combined with the pre-work, should give me everything I need to capture your voice and personality in your web copy.

Customer Research
I’ll have some questions for one of your favourite former clients so that I can get more of an insight into what makes you special and also capture ‘voice of customer’ language to use in your copy in order to resonate with your ideal clients.

The Writing Cave
Once I’ve got everything I need to begin, I’ll disappear into my writing cave for around 5 days, in order to produce first drafts of your web copy, plus your chosen ‘extra’ ( e.g. your LinkedIn bio.).

Deadline & Review Day
I’ll hand over my first drafts to you by our agreed deadline and then you will have a day to get back to me with your comments and suggestions. Then we have a 60-minute meeting to go over your notes.

Revisions and handover
I’ll make any tweaks needed to the copy on the basis of your comments and our call.
I’ll hand over the finished copy to you, ready for you (or your designer) to transfer to your website.

I’ve worked on messaging and copy with leadership coaches, nutritionists, massage therapists, public speaking coaches, content writers, web designers, business coaches, systems consultants, artists, meditation teachers, PR consultants, educators, health coaches and money coaches.
If you have a business which requires people to open their hearts to you in some way, then my approach should be a good fit for you. If, on the other hand, you manufacture widgets, or you’re a consultant who is tendering for big government projects, this won’t be the right fit.

Two weeks, plus at least one week beforehand for pre-work - we’ll focus mainly on your core messaging in the first week, and once we’ve got that dialed in, I’ll disappear into my copywriting cave, and you’ll get your new copy by Tuesday or Wednesday of week 2 - then we have two-three days to fine tune that copy before signing off and celebrating!
