I'm a regenerative business coach, with two decades of experience as a freelancer turned small business owner.

    After you’ve booked your call, I'll send you a document with lots of questions, to make sure I have the context and detail I need to understand your business in depth. This is a big piece of work - but it' provides the foundation for our call.

  • Our 1:1 Call

    In our 60min Zoom call, we’ll look at the 360 of your business - what’s working well, where your bottlenecks and blind spots are, and the area with the most potential for new growth.

  • The Plan

    At the end of the call we’ll make a quick and dirty plan:

    • what to double down on because it’s really working

    • what to stop or outsource because it’s draining you or not moving the needle

    • what to focus on next for sustainable growth

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Experienced, service-based business owners, such as coaches, with high-touch, 1:1 or small group programmes. It’s important for you to have had at least 2 years experience in your business (likely many more) for this to be useful to you.

    I’ve previously worked with leadership coaches, nutritionists, massage therapists, public speaking coaches, content writers, web designers, business coaches, systems consultants, artists, meditation teachers, PR consultants, educators, health coaches and money coaches.

    If you have a business which requires people to open their hearts to you in some way, then my approach should be a good fit for you. If, on the other hand, you manufacture widgets, or you’re a consultant who is tendering for big government projects, this won’t be the right fit.

  • The pre-work reflection questions are a critical part of the process (and will probably take you a couple of hours to complete). Being able to read and percolate on your answers in advance of our call gives me enough background information and context to be able to move quickly in the call itself.

  • If you think this is just what you’ve been looking for, you can book and pay for your call. Make sure to book the call far enough in advance to give yourself time to fill in your answers to my pre-work questions for you (and for me to have some time to reflect on your answers).
