Hey there, I’m Sophy. I’m a marketing mentor and copywriter.
I work with coaches, therapists and creatives - helping them shift from the high-pressure, mass-produced, transactional marketing that’s common in the online world to marketing that's inspired by nature's 'Ecologies of Care' - organic, relational, sustainable, and generative for all.

Here’s how it works:
We meet for a 75 minute ‘big picture’ kick-off video call
You have unlimited access to a totally private conversation channel where we can exchange video messages, voice notes, text messages, checklists, documents and screenshares (with responses from me Mon-Thurs 10am-6pm UK time) so you are never left hanging and can get deep support as and when you need it
There’s an ‘SOS call’ option of a 30 mins video coaching call if needed
Once a month you have the option to submit any piece of writing you’re working on for my detailed feedback - this might be web copy, a sales page, launch emails or any tricky email you’re writing (a pitch, a setting of boundaries with a client…)
At the end of our 3 month cycle we have a 60 min wrap up and next steps video call to make sure you’re all set to keep going with momentum and clarity
I’ve designed this largely asynchronous support to fit in with busy lifestyles, different time zones and the fact that we often hit big issues on timescales that don’t work with scheduled fortnightly calls. Get deep support when you need it, not two weeks later. Message me when you’re on a walk, not when you’re chained to your laptop. Deal with small things before they become big things.
Our private conversation channel (available on your laptop and on a mobile app) means that everything’s at your fingertips, in threaded conversations that you can easily follow. All videos and voice messages have transcripts so it’s easy to go back and check on small details. The ‘tasks’ function means we can agree on your priorities for the week and then I can see as you check them off the list, making it easier to stay accountable for doing the things you know will move the needle in your business.

Service-based business owners, such as coaches, with high-touch, 1:1 or small group programmes. I’ve previously worked with leadership coaches, nutritionists, massage therapists, public speaking coaches, content writers, web designers, business coaches, systems consultants, artists, meditation teachers, PR consultants, poets, educators, health coaches and money coaches.
If you have a business which requires people to open their hearts to you in some way, then my approach should be a good fit for you. If, on the other hand, you manufacture widgets, or you’re a consultant who is tendering for big government projects, this won’t be the right fit.

I don’t write new pages of web copy for you as part of this programme. However, what you do get is my feedback on one piece of writing per month (this could be a web page, a newsletter, a sales page, a pitch email - whatever is most helpful to you).
