If you don’t need a full-time marketing employee or a full-service agency, a fractional CMO might be just right for you. Only pay for the time you need and get high-level advice (plus execution if you want it) from someone who really cares about your business (but won’t take 50% of your equity!).

People have different reasons for wanting fractional CMO support, but here are some common ones:

  • You don’t love marketing and don’t want to have to focus on it - but you recognise that it’s critical for your overall business success.

  • You want to tap into a specialist skill-set. I’m a marketing all-rounder, but I have particular expertise in messaging, storytelling, Voice of Customer research, community-building and relationship-based marketing.

  • You want flexible support, that you can buy in as and when you need it.

Fractional CMO support options

Choose between three different levels of support: standalone coaching/strategy sessions vs coaching + done-with-you support vs coaching + done-for-you support.

  • Standalone coaching

    This is where you get me as a high-level thought partner, helping you think through your priorities and overall marketing strategy, without any implementation element.

    One coaching session/month (+ Voxer voice messaging support); 3 month initial commitment; £250/month

  • Coaching + DWY

    Here you get everything in Option 1 plus what I call collaborative copywriting support. You get prompts, templates and copyediting support from me and as much feedback as you want on emails, pitches and any other writing you do for your business.

    Starts from £500/month.

  • Coaching + DFY

    Everything in Option 2, plus my Done For You support, writing web copy, newsletters, email launch sequences, etc. etc. This option is for you if you’d love to have a copywriter on staff for a few months, updating your web copy, writing a new nurture sequence, etc., etc.

    Starts from £1,000/month.

Or, if you don’t need retainer support, contact me to ask about one-off projects. These might include a web copy update, a new sales page, a new email welcome sequence or sales sequence - or something else altogether. It’s hard to give good pricing guidelines when projects can vary so much, but to give you an indication, a new sales page is likely to come in at around £1,000.

We can also arrange to do a one-off coaching/strategy call (£300, includes a pre-work questionnaire to make sure we make the most of our time together, a recording of the call and a week of email support for accountability, cheerleading and follow-up questions).
